■ Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept any cancellations.
In particular, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been processed or shipped, regardless of the reason.
Please double-check your order details (product, quantity, shipping address, etc.) before completing your purchase.

■ Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
However, we will respond if any of the following apply. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:
• You received a different item from what you ordered
• The product was clearly damaged or contaminated (※ Minor scratches or dents on the outer box or tin are not eligible)
We will confirm the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

■ Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases that meet the return conditions above and are confirmed by our team.
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
Refunds are not available in cases such as refusal to accept the package, extended absence, or incorrect shipping address.

■ Minor Damages During Transit
While we take great care in packaging, minor dents or scratches on tins or boxes may occur during shipping.
As long as the product itself remains unaffected, such cases are not eligible for return or refund. We appreciate your understanding.
