■ Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept any cancellations.
In particular, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been processed or shipped, regardless of the reason.

■ Returns

Refunds are not available in cases such as refusal to accept the package, extended absence, or incorrect shipping address.

■ Minor Damages During Transit
While we take great care in packaging, minor dents or scratches on tins or boxes may occur during shipping.
